In case of cancellation, please notify 28 Star Studio 24 hours prior to appointment.
No-Show Policy:
At 28 Star Studio, my business is appointment-based. It only works when appointments are kept. When you schedule an appointment with me, I must make sure that I am there for you. I ask that you extend the same courtesy to me. I do realize that occasionally, "real life" intrudes on previously-laid plans. For that reason, it is my policy to give each client a "second chance". However, the second missed appointment, you will be charged for the full amount of the missed service at the time of your next appointment.
